Roberto Ortigoza Mares is an immigration attorney focused on helping foreign-owned businesses successfully launch and scale operations in Mexico and the United States. He works closely with founders, investors, and executive teams to design immigration strategies that support market entry, workforce mobility, and long-term growth.
He currently serves as CDMX Director for Anderson Legal Group, a binational immigration law firm, where he leads cross-border legal initiatives for companies expanding into North America.
