Ruben Guerrero is a commercial real estate broker specializing in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and investment advisory services for properties across multifamily, retail, office, industrial, land, and mixed-use assets. He has successfully represented clients in multi-million-dollar transactions involving both national and regional clients providing experienced guidance from initial underwriting and valuation through negotiation and closing.

With a strong foundation in financial analysis, Ruben delivers detailed underwriting, risk assessment, and strategic insight that enable investors, developers, and business owners to make well-informed decisions and maximize long-term portfolio performance. Ruben brings more than 25 years of senior-level experience in finance, accounting, operations, and executive management. Prior to his real estate career, he served over two decades as a corporate executive, including as Senior Vice President overseeing a multi-million-dollar consumer credit portfolio and underwriting operations. His background in credit markets, capital acquisition, and regulatory management provides clients with a sophisticated understanding of financing and investment strategy.

He also has experience assisting foreign nationals with acquiring real estate in the United States, navigating cross-border transactions with discretion and efficiency. Ruben holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso and remains actively involved in the El Paso business community.
